Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, New Delhi (Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India) is celebrating Gandhi Festival 2011 in cooperation with Purvottar Hindi Academy, Shillong from 2nd October to 12th November 2011.
During this Festival we organized Several Competition, Workshop, Seminar, Symposium, Quiz, Extempore, Painting etc.
This Festival is being organized aiming on promotion of peace and non-violence in day to-day life. Further it gives a chance for the youth to facilitate dialogue and exchange of ideas.
Valedictory function will be held on Saturday, 12th November 2011 (at 2-30 pm to 4-00 pm) at Conference Hall, Shillong College, Laitumkhrah, Shillong – 3.
